On the hunt... and some nice links.

I'm in the market for a new desktop motherboard. I'm looking to pick up a nice 486 P4 compatible board with at least 3 ram slots, 1 agp and 4 pci slots. If not this I would be interested in picking up a new motherboard and cpu combo somewhere. I want the new setup to be vista compatible and able to handle medium sized video editing projects. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
